Patient, Ashwin(Name changed), age 34 was suffering from advanced grade baldness. He had developed permanent loss of hair on the front of the scalp. He had undergone hair transplant before. This was his second transplant. Around 2000 grafts were put in to give him definition to his hairline. Higher density of follicles (50/cm2) was given in the first three rows so that his front like looks dense. Later decreasing density was extended upto the mid scalp. Overall he was really happy with the result.
